Acceptance

Use of the KVC website and access to KVC Social Operation is subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the terms of connected third-party platforms. If you do not accept these terms, stop using the relevant service.

KVC Website

kvc.computer introduces KVC, its solutions, services, service centres and contact channels. It does not automatically place orders or book services. Details, pricing, scope and availability should be confirmed with KVC before making a decision.

KVC Social Operation Service

  • Create and edit content
  • Upload and manage media
  • Submit and approve content according to permissions
  • Schedule and publish content to authorised accounts
  • Check publishing status and results
  • Read information or comments permitted by platform APIs and permissions
  • Maintain audit trails and operational history

Authorised Users

  • Use their own account and protect credentials
  • Use only the roles and account scopes granted to them
  • Not bypass permission or security controls
  • Notify an administrator if unauthorised access to an account or credential is suspected

Responsibility for Content

Users and the organisation owning the connected social media account are responsible for content they create, review, approve, schedule or publish. The service must not be used for unlawful content, infringement of others’ rights or intellectual property, fraud, or content that violates applicable platform terms.

External Account Authority

A Facebook Page or other external account must be connected by a person with sufficient legal and platform authority. Users must have adequate permission to authorise the service to operate on a connected account or Page.

Publishing and Scheduling

Actual publishing may be affected by platform policies or limits, moderation, network/API issues, account permissions or provider changes. Even when an internal job reports success, the service may use read-only API checks to verify the external publishing result.

Security and Audit

Important actions may be logged for audit, security, incident analysis, permission control and dispute resolution. Users should not expect operational actions to occur without an audit trail.

Suspension or Termination

KVC may suspend, restrict or terminate access for reasonable causes such as misuse, security risk, violation of terms, end of role or employment, or instruction from an authorised organisational administrator.

Third-party Services

KVC Social Operation depends on third-party services such as Meta/Facebook and may support additional platforms. Provider APIs, features, permissions and terms can change, and KVC cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.

Intellectual Property

Text, images, logos and marks on the website or in the service may be protected by KVC or their respective owners. Reuse requires appropriate permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KVC is not responsible for loss caused by matters beyond reasonable control such as third-party API outages, platform policy changes, unauthorised account use caused by failure to protect credentials, or content/actions created and approved by authorised users. This does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Use is subject to the Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion instructions published on this site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

KVC may update these Terms when the service, law or platform requirements change. The updated version will show its revised or effective date on this page.
